Sr. Specialist, Finance Solutions - NORAM/LATAM

Job Description:

Responsible for the conception, reconciliation, and implementation of SAP Finance processes within global projects in ERP systems. Analyze incidents and provide solutions to end-users via global support activities, primarily for North America (NORAM) and Latin America (LATAM). Analyze system GAPs and provide solutions and technical and functional implementation. Implement customizing changes during rollout and template projects, including global, S/4, and ECC. Work across Business Units and IT to implement unit and integration testing on SAP Finance and global ERP systems to ensure high quality solutions. Identify root causes for incidents and take required action. Responsible for Go Live support and hypercare on-site and off-site. Conduct user training and user acceptance training sessions in all related Finance Modules and processes. Coordinate project management of mid-sized finance projects to ensure that new legal requirements are implemented. Develop finance process documentation related to enhancements and new or changed processes. Cut over planning and tracking. Work with local service providers and monitor their performance.

Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or foreign equivalent, and at least three (3) years of experience as an Analyst or similar position in the chemical manufacturing industry. The same 3 years of experience must include the following: conception, reconciliation and implementation of SAP Finance processes within ERP systems, including ECC and S/4 HANA; planning, GAP FIT analysis, implementation, testing, cut over, Go live, and Hypercare; analysis of incidents and provision of solutions to end users via global support activities; analysis of system GAPs and provision of solutions, and technical and functional implementation; implementation of customizing changes during rollout and template projects, including global, S/4, and ECC; conducting user training and user Acceptance testing sessions in Finance modules and processes; development of finance process documentation related to enhancements and new or changed processes. Eligible to telecommute up to two days per week.
