HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented

We are the property management company of our communities. Currently, we have over 1,000 homes that fit the needs of all types of families. Shaool Management is always expanding as well to include several hundred more homes within the community. Our goal is to provide affordable well-constructed units to become a home to the residents within the community.
