Collections/Billing Specialist (Temporary)
Bethlehem, PA | $30.00/Hour | Full-Time | Temporary
We are seeking an experienced Collections/Billing Specialist for a temporary assignment with a growing company located in Bethlehem, PA . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity expected to last 3 months to 1 year , depending on project needs.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay
- $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve misapplied payments within the Accounts Receivable department.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts.
- Review vendor payments to identify and resolve duplicate payments.
- Utilize QuickBooks to support billing, payment research, and account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely account reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Collections, Billing, or Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is required.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
