Direct Care Worker (2nd & 3rd Shifts)

As a Residential Support Specialist, you'll be a vital part of that mission-providing compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive home environment. _What_ _You'll_ _Do_ + **Personalized Support:** Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect each resident's unique needs, goals, and preferences. + **Daily Living Assistance:** Help residents with essential daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and household responsibilities-encouraging independence every step of the way. + **Behavioral Support:** Collaborate with the care team to implement positive behavioral strategies, creating a calm and respectful living environment. + **Community Engagement:** Organize and participate in recreational outings, social events, and community activities to foster inclusion and connection. + **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with healthcare professionals, therapists, and fellow support staff to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to care.
