Job Summary:
Health Benefits Group, Inc. is seeking a service professional to handle relationships with both new and existing health insurance clients and agent partners, build relationships with prospects, vendors and carrier partners.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm. 20 Donati Road Pittsburgh, PA 15241
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Servicing:
- Oversee policy issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure that all policy-related requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor compliance with insurance regulations and agency standards.
Customer Support:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve Agent Partners questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement customer service best practices to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
Workflow Management :
- Develop and maintain streamlined processes for servicing policies and handling customer requests.
- Monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that the agency complies with all relevant insurance regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
Client Communication:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Communicate policy changes, updates, and other important information to clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Insurance Producer license is required. Will allow 60 days to obtain license.
- Proven experience in insurance agency operations, with a focus on policy servicing and customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
