What You’ll Do

• Lead complex tax engagements for businesses (Partnerships, S/C-Corps) and HNWIs, with exposure to Trust & Estate planning.
• Mentor staff while collaborating directly with partners—no bureaucratic layers.
• Advise clients on strategic tax planning (not just compliance).
• Optimize processes using data analytics, AI tools, and cloud-based platforms.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in public accounting with Partnership/Corporate tax experience.
• CPA or EA required.
• Passion for client relationships and problem-solving (no robot preparers here).
• A team player who thrives in a social, high-EQ environment.
