Workfront Fusion SME

Akkodis is seeking a Workfront Fusion SME for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA/Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on designing scalable workflow automations and cross‑platform integrations as an Adobe Workfront Fusion .

Rate Range: $49/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Workfront Fusion SME job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable Fusion automation scenarios using modules, routers, error handling, API integrations, and data transformations.

• Implement end‑to‑end integrations across Adobe Workfront, AEM, Creative Cloud, Marketo, Analytics, and third‑party platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

• Build and maintain secure API connections, webhooks, and OAuth authentication flows to support reliable cross‑system integrations.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance existing Fusion workflows to improve performance, stability, and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into automation solutions, and support enterprise‑level workflow expansion.

• Document Fusion architectures, integration patterns, and best practices while contributing to governance and automation standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years of hands‑on Adobe Workfront Fusion automation and integration work.

• Strong expertise in building Fusion scenarios, including API connections, routers, error handling, and cross‑platform workflow automation.

• Experience integrating Adobe ecosystem tools (Workfront, AEM, Marketo, Creative Cloud) with third‑party systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce using REST APIs and webhooks.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $50.00 per hour
