Job Profile Position Overview Company Overview: As the Retail Growth Marketing team at PNC, we are on a journey to build a best-in-class growth marketing function. Our vision is to operate a personalized, omni-channel, and real-time marketing engine across the customer lifecycle, enabling acquisition at low cost, and driving growth in customer lifetime value. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing lead to join the Customer Relationship Marketing team supporting delivery of high-impact marketing strategies. - Building campaigns
- Optimizing existing projects with innovative enhancements to audience, channels, and messaging across the PNC digital space for PNC’s customer loyalty and rewards programs
- Creating business cases that define clear objectives achievable with actionable tactics that are innovative and have measurable KPIs.
- Leading cross functional teams internally and externally to simultaneously build test and learn strategies, manage campaign deliverables, and plan future projects.
- Demonstrated experience with loyalty and rewards programs.
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Marketing team with development and prioritization of omni-channel campaigns designed to deepen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Establishing rapport with multiple line of business partners to define product goals as well as design innovative and effective execution tactics
- Proactively collecting and synthesizing data, assembling trends, and helping identify strategic and tactical implications.
- Leading cross functional teams to align with our proposed growth strategies, economic optimization, and levers to manage complex programs with precision.
- Implementing and overseeing activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners within internal PNC systems.
- Working within designated budgets ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.
- Has a fungible skill set, with the ability to nimbly flex support based on the highest priority needs.
- Is an innovative thinker comfortable implementing new ways of working while possessing a genuine passion for marketing and curiosity for industry trends.
- Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies across inbound, outbound, owned, paid channels to execute programs/projects.
- Owns a record of building pathways towards solutions in new and emerging environments, displaying a desire to cut through clutter and deliver results.
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to influence partners within cross-functional alignment.
- Has experience presenting high impact strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to activate around a common vision and drive business decisions.
- Maintains a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset to continually improve and optimize our marketing efforts.

- Supports the development and leads the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels. Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
- Supports the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, development of value propositions and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus among partners. Adapts to and optimizes for a changing business environment.
- Translates desired business outcomes into marketing strategy and executes marketing programs/initiatives that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Coordinates and influences complex, multi-functional program teams. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate business intelligence.
- Influences the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Leads partnership with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
- Acts as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development. Makes decisions to ensure the business programs/initiatives and customer expectations are being met.
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
