Executive Assistant III (contract)
:
We are seeking a senior level Executive Assistant to join our team onsite in Pittsburgh, PA for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity! If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executives following organizational policies and practices, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Screen phone calls and visitors
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Follow organizational policies and practices
- May supervise or provide work direction to lower level secretaries
- Operate a PC and software packages
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executives at the enterprise level
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing confidential secretarial and administrative support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Associates degree required
