Data Entry Typist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Typist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases and systems. This role requires excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into company databases and systems
Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
Maintain and update records while ensuring data integrity
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Review data for errors and inconsistencies
Generate reports as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with team members to clarify missing or unclear information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Typist, or similar role
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum [XX] WPM preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Previous administrative or clerical experience
Experience with CRM or database management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
