Administrative assistant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to: Aid in administrative tasks (invoicing, check requests, mail tracking, travel requests, ordering of supplies) Update, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including invoice tracking Support quarterly notices to the Regional Permitting Coordination Office Support the Engineering Department on misc. projects/tasks (for example PCB review) Support with Inspection Vendor communications, notifications and Bid process Primary support for the PMWeb (Construction Invoicing) process associated with Inspection Vendor job creation and invoicing Maintain historical copies of Inspection Placement Forms and list of 3rd Party Inspection Personnel working Support with administrative tasks associated with yearly updates to NFG specific documents, including maintaining tracking documents for each item Other misc. administrative duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (including working knowledge of pivot tables, v lookup functions, sorting, filtering, etc.) Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently, dependable with a strong attention to detail Ability to meet designated deadlines Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills Must be available to work Monday -- Friday first shiftPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated, proven track record of good attendance Good communication, customer service, and computer/data entry skills Experience with Adobe AcrobatABOUT NATIONAL FUEL:
