Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Property Manager to join our small office team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of property management tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and emergencies
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
• Conduct property inspections, move-in/move-out walkthroughs, and lease renewals
• Advertise and show vacant units; assist with tenant screening and applications
• Collect rent and assist with basic bookkeeping or reporting
• Maintain property files and update management software or records
• Support the company owner/manager with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential property management or leasing preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or property management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Approximately 20 hours per week (flexible schedule within business hours. Work at home time as well)
• Compensation is $19hr
