Paula Teacher & Associates, Inc. is looking for several Residential Staff members to join our team for a specialized residential program located in Greensburg, PA. We currently have a Part-time position open.

There is opportunity to work additional hours if desired.

The rate of pay is $17.00/ hour plus paid training. We offer a shift differential of $1.00 per hour more per hour for all hours worked between 11pm and 8am. We're looking for availability Sunday/Monday from 11:15PM to 9:15am or Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm or 4:30pm-11:30pm.

The Residential Direct Care Professional provides direct care to one resident by providing assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, socialization, specialized meal planning and preparation, and daily exercise program. Highly energetic, upbeat and positive personalities best suited for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record - No violations in the past 3 years.
• Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis in a residential setting.
• Criminal clearances
• Tb/Physical
• Must be able to complete and pass the DHS Medication Administration training

Experience:

• Caregiving or residential: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License and willing to drive company vehicle
