Digital Production Specialist
Location: Exeter, PA Role Summary

Campaign Management
- Develop, design, and execute outreach campaigns for various audiences using marketing tools
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email content aligned with campaign and promotional goals.
 - Monitor and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
 - Segment target lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
 - Test and optimize emails for deliverability, responsiveness, and design across devices.
 
- Create and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.
 - Work with the design team to develop content that aligns with the brand voice and engages followers, including tests, images, videos and infographics.
 - Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting and reporting.
 - Monitor social media trends, engage with followers and reviews, and maintain an active and engaging online presence.
 - Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries or comments across social media channels.
 - Assume other duties as assigned.
 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
 - 3+ years of related experience required; Still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills; Degree or equivalent work experience.
 - Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing and social media.
 - Experience in paid social media advertising and e-commerce marketing a plus.
 
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
 
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and on-line marketing best practices including data management, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
 - Proficiency in email marketing and social media platforms.
 - In-depth knowledge of the top four platforms, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
 - Thorough knowledge of how to navigate Google Services (listings/ads/reviews).
 - Basic graphic design skills e.g., proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
 - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta analytics, or other reporting tools.
 - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
 - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
 - Demonstrate use of computer operations (programming, relational databases, and operating systems) and software packages.
 - Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
 - Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
 - Decisions generally affect one's job or assigned functional area.
 - Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
 - Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
 
- Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
 - Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
 - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
