White Flyer Production Operator Location Coal Township, PA :

White Flyer a division of Olin Winchester, LLC (“Winchester”) , considered one of the world's leading ammunition and sporting clay target manufacturers, is seeking Production Operators - Hourly . This position will be located at the Coal Township, PA facility supporting our White Flyer business. The starting wage will be based on relevant experience, ranging from $19.25 to $21.25 an hour plus $1.25/hour for afternoon and midnight shift differential. Essential Functions*:

• Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.
• Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
• Performs quality checks.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.

Additional job tasks may include*:

• Operates Cast or Paint Machine.
• Replaces machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed.
• Ensures paint drum reservoirs are maintained.

Position Requirements*:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain and keep work area clean.
• Current shift straight afternoon (S/2) or midnight (S/3). Must have flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
• This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
