Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a part-time physical therapist supporting a K-12 school district in the Greene County area, with an onsite position based in Irwin, Pennsylvania. The role is designed for the upcoming school year, starting as soon as possible and running through June 18, 2026. The schedule includes approximately 9 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing for focused, consistent therapy services to students of various ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students in grades K-12 within the Greene County school district.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individual therapy plans that support student participation and success.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy goals, progress, and communications.
- Attend applicable meetings and contribute professional expertise to enhance student outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required; provisional licensure or expedited application acceptable.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to being onsite during scheduled hours to ensure direct student support.
