What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant who possesses the following qualities:

• 
  Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to support the entire dental team.
• Compassionate & Patient: A genuine love for working with children and a gentle approach.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in all aspects of patient care and office procedures.
• Proactive & Resourceful: Ability to anticipate needs and find solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
• Taking and developing dental radiographs.
• Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Providing a comforting and positive experience for our young patients.

Qualifications:

• Current Dental Assistant certification.
• X-ray certification.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in a pediatric dental setting is a plus, but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
