**Job Title: Production Quality Inspector** **1st shift- $17 an hour** **Job Description** As a Production Quality Inspector, you will be crucial in ensuring that products meet both internal and external quality standards. This position involves inspecting components, assemblies, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements. **Responsibilities** + Perform detailed inspections of mechanical and electronic components during various stages of production. + Use visual inspection and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify product dimensions. + Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with the quality management system. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. + Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection tools and equipment. + Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Production + Inspection + Assembly + Quality assurance + Machine operation + Hand tool usage + Blueprint reading + Micrometer usage + Ability to perform heavy lifting + General labor skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude + 2-5 years of previous manufacturing experience + Some experience in quality assurance or inspection in a production environment + Problem-solving skills + Team-oriented mindset **Why Work Here?** Join a very clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility with a friendly manufacturing team.
