Online instructor psychology clinical program department

The clinical psychology (Psy.D.) program at Marywood University (Scranton, PA) is seeking an adjunct instructor of psychology for the spring 2026 semester. Review of applications will begin immediately. Only selected applicants will be contacted.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified instructor to implement a synchronous, online version of our graduate-level Personality Psychology course. The course has been reviewed and taught very recently, with a syllabus that is well organized and up to date and detailed powerpoint slides available to the instructor. Our learning management system (LMS) is Brightspace/D2L.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Doctorate in clinical, counseling, or social psychology
• Previous instructor of record for graduate-level personality psychology
• Previous experience with online, synchronous course design
