Nutrition Support Solutions, a growing private practice focused on personalized, evidence-based nutrition care, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a nutrition professional who is passionate about helping clients reach their health goals through individualized counseling, collaborative care, and science-driven strategies in a supportive private practice setting.

Position Summary & Duties

The Registered Dietitian will provide individualized medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling for clients across a variety of health conditions and wellness goals. Responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments, developing personalized care plans, documenting client encounters, collaborating with referral providers and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting ongoing client care through both in-person and virtual appointments.

Applicants with specialty experience or advanced interest in areas such as GI health, diabetes, pediatric feeding, adolescents/teens, menopause, eating disorders, women’s health, or other specialty populations are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Classification: Non-Exempt
• Location: Hybrid position based in Southampton, PA
• Remote/In-Person Requirements: Candidates must be available for both virtual and in-person appointments.
• Schedule: Flexible, 1-2 evenings and/or weekend hours preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Current RD/RDN credential in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care environment
• HAES-aligned clinician preferred; our practice does not promote fad diets or restrictive approaches
• Previous counseling or private practice experience is a plus

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $40-$50 per hour, based on experience, specialty training, credentials
• Additional incentive compensation or performance-based bonuses may be available in the future based on client volume and practice growth
