THE ROLE
As a Fulfillment Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. This position requires someone adaptable with keen attention to detail, along with a positive and collaborative attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect, and audit all items with safety, care, and precision
- Ensure accuracy in order processing by maintaining a detail-oriented approach
- Uphold high-quality standards in product handling and packaging
- Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary to support the business
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior logistics, fulfillment, or similar industry experience preferred
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hand-held scanners
- Honest with the highest integrity
