Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper ready to take the next step in their career. As you masterthe project lifecycle and internal systems, this role is designed to evolve into a Construction Controller position, giving you full oversight of our financial health and strategy.

salary: $68,000 - $78,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Lead the month-end closing process, including bank/credit card reconciliations, loan draw requests, and the preparation of vital financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).

• Compliance & AP: Oversee vendor payments, subcontractor insurance compliance, and the collection of lien waivers to ensure project continuity.

• Job Costing: Work in lockstep with Project Managers to verify job progress, approve subcontractor draws, and update cost-to-complete projections.

• AIA Billing: Manage the preparation of G702/G703 documents, ensuring all billings accurately reflect the artistry and completion percentage in the field.

• System Management: Navigate and maintain data integrity across both QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and QuickBooks Online .
