NOW HIRING: Road Construction Flaggers – Start Immediately

Location: Allentown, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay:

• $16/hour to start
• $17/hour after 90 days
• $18/hour after 6 months

• Immediate start — get to work right away
• No experience needed — we’ll train you
• Weekly pay and consistent hours
• Outdoor work — skip the desk and enjoy fresh air
• Career growth — pay increases at 90 days and 6 months

• Direct traffic and keep road crews safe
• Set up and take down traffic control zones
• Communicate detours clearly to drivers
• Stay alert and responsive to changing traffic conditions
• Work outdoors in all weather — rain or shine

• A valid PA Driver’s License
• A reliable, safety-first attitude
• Ready to start ASAP — we’re hiring now

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
