Our service department is consistently one of the top 3 busiest service departments in the entire Philadelphia Region out of over 113 other Ford Dealers. We offer on-site and off-site Ford Training under the supervision and guidance of a Shop Foreman with years of technical expertise. Hoffman Ford offers:
• Very competitive pay including monthly and annual bonuses
• Hourly rate will be equal to experience and ability
• Flat rate hour's guarantee for 30 to 90 days
• Climate controlled shop
• Ford Motor Company paid training, uniforms, discounts on new Ford vehicles and more
• State and Emission's licenses required
• Two years' experience as an automotive technician required All candidates are subject to background checks, reference checks and drug screenings prior to employment.
