Therapy Team Leader
At Encompass Health Corporation, we are dedicated to advancing the field of patient care through our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health, and hospice services. We are currently seeking a Therapy Team Leader to oversee a multi-disciplinary team ensuring the delivery of therapeutic services to our patients. The Therapy Team Leader will play a critical role in shaping the therapeutic environment, overseeing the implementation of therapy programs, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of therapeutic and rehabilitative processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare setting.
