Now Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor

May’s Drive-In – Lewisburg - 2675 State Route 405, Milton, PA

May’s Drive-In is seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a key role in helping manage day-to-day operations, support team development, and ensure an excellent experience for our customers.

We’re a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant, and we’re looking for someone who can lead by example, stay organized under pressure, and maintain high standards in both customer service and operations.

Position Type:

• Part-time or full-time available
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house team during shifts
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
• Support training of new staff
• Monitor employee performance and provide real-time feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Ensure all cash handling and transactions are accurate

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash and credit transactions
• Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
