Part-Time Lash Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Technician to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis. This role offers weekly pay , flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform lash services including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend services
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Encourage rebooking and promote studio services
- Follow all studio policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid esthetics or cosmetology license (per state requirements)
- Lash certification (classic required; volume preferred)
- Experience preferred, but motivated newer artists are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused
