Administrative Services Specialist

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Administrative Specialists to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the steady, day-to-day administrative processing of high-volume financial transactions. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment, possess excellent data-entry accuracy, and are looking to establish a foundational career in financial services.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Accurately process routine financial requests, including account updates, check deposits, transfers, and systematic withdrawals.

• Review incoming financial documents and paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Reach out via written correspondence or structured outbound calls to clarify incomplete or invalid information on client requests.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) is a plus.

• Comfort level navigating basic computer systems and learning proprietary database software.

• Excellent attention to detail with a track record of high-accuracy data entry.

• Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
