Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

• Explain features, specifications, and financing options

• Negotiate pricing and close sales

• Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
