Job Description

We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will utilize Autodesk REVIT to produce detailed plans, profiles, cross-sections, elevations, structure sections, construction details, references, and perspective drawings. You will manage CAD drawing files for production, deliverables, and archiving, and may assist in preparing quantity and cost estimates. You will prepare drawings for various members of the project team and coordinate with team members and external collaborators as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Autodesk REVIT to create detailed drawings and designs.

• Produce plans, profiles, cross-sections, elevations, and construction details.

• Manage CAD drawing files, ensuring proper production, deliverables, and archiving.

• Assist in preparing quantity and cost estimates when required.

• Prepare and coordinate drawings with project team members and external collaborators.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD.

• 0-1 years of experience using Revit and AutoCAD, including academic experience.

• 1 year of drafting experience, including academic experience.

• Experience in construction design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design.

• Strong drafting skills.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
