HIRING CNC MACHINE OPERATORS for a premier client within Montgomery County

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and have the capability to set them up from start to finish using drawings, prints, and tool lists.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity with tooling and fixturing.
• Edit programs using G-Code for simple to medium complexity parts.
• Change worn and damaged tools in machines throughout the production process.
• Load programs and tools into CNC machines and verify their accuracy before starting production runs.
• Troubleshoot problematic setups and document any changes made.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections on parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct basic maintenance on CNC equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Must have:

• Experience as a CNC Operator with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in operating, setting up, and machining with CNC milling machines.
• Knowledge of G-Code and precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with Fanuc control systems and vertical milling machines.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience working as a CNC Operator or Machinist.
• Prior experience with tooling and fixturing is required.

Hours/Schedule: Shift: 7am-330pm (Daytime) (Monday- Friday) potential for OT

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Wales, PA.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.
