Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and knowledgeable service to commercial customers, diagnosing and solving a wide range of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical problems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of plumbing equipment, fixtures, and piping across various commercial facilities.

• Build trusting relationships with business owners and maintenance managers by providing honest, fact-based opinions to help them make informed decisions.

• Proactively identify and fix small issues before they turn into major repairs, ensuring equipment longevity and customer satisfaction.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a supportive team that leans on each other as needed.

• Prioritize safety by observing all safety regulations and following OSHA requirements.

• Share your knowledge and mentor those who are just starting out in the trade.

• Maintain clear and timely communication and take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat and accurate manner.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5+ years of commercial plumbing service and install experience.

• A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus. Backflow certification is highly preferred. Must have a valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required. An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.

• Experience operating a commercial jetter is preferred. Proficiency with technology, including an iPad, and the ability to type professional emails.

• Ability to kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and a genuine sense of pride in your work. You are a lifelong learner who never stops growing in the field.
