Accounts Payable Assistant - New Opening!
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant opening! This temporary opening is expected to last 3-6 months and offers full time hours, 8a-430p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $18.00-20.00/hr.
In this role you will:
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Maintain vendor files, set up new vendors, and communicate with suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies or inquiries.
- Accurately input financial data and maintain organized, up-to-date AP records
- Assist with month-end closing, audits, and general administrative/clerical tasks for the finance department
Candidates for this role should have at least 3 years' AP experience. New Accounting grads (Bachelors) w/ limited experience are welcome to apply as well.
