Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
• Support patients in Lewisburg and surrounding areas
• Meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self-manage time and schedule
• Drive to/from patient locations
  

Schedule and Shift Details

• Part-time Sat & Sun 8am-8pm
  

Travel

• Local travel to (Counties) Some of Lycoming & Snyder; parts of Union, Northumberland, and Upper Dauphin. Also growing in Schuylkill, Clinton, and Centre

Top Skills Required

• 1+ year of professional experience as an LPN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active LPN License in the State of practice
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
  

Hospice LPN, Weekends Part-time

• Territory/Driving Expectation: (Counties) Some of Lycoming & Snyder; parts of Union, Northumberland, and Upper Dauphin. Also growing in Schuylkill, Clinton, and Centre
• Top Experiences: Hospice/Home Health, Any critical/acute care- Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Dept, Oncology, open to long-term care.
• Hourly: $29/hour
• Schedule: Part-time Sat & Sun 8am-8pm
