Weekend LPN
Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Part-Time Weekend Hospice LPN in Lewisburg, PA. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide outstanding care in a team-based environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver patient care plans and support patients in the local area. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Lewisburg and surrounding areas
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule
- Drive to/from patient locations
Schedule and Shift Details
- Part-time Sat & Sun 8am-8pm
Travel
- Local travel to (Counties) Some of Lycoming & Snyder; parts of Union, Northumberland, and Upper Dauphin. Also growing in Schuylkill, Clinton, and Centre
Top Skills Required
- 1+ year of professional experience as an LPN (Home Health experience preferred)
- Active LPN License in the State of practice
- Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
- BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
Hospice LPN, Weekends Part-time
- City/State: Lewisburg, PA
- Territory/Driving Expectation: (Counties) Some of Lycoming & Snyder; parts of Union, Northumberland, and Upper Dauphin. Also growing in Schuylkill, Clinton, and Centre
- Top Experiences: Hospice/Home Health, Any critical/acute care- Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Dept, Oncology, open to long-term care.
- Hourly: $29/hour
- Schedule: Part-time Sat & Sun 8am-8pm
