Home Health Aide
Direct Care Worker
Join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services and provide compassionate care to seniors in their homes. We are seeking Direct Care Workers to fill part-time positions with flexible, short shifts of 2-3 hours throughout the city of Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care (as needed)
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Provide companionship and support to seniors
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different situations
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (a plus)
- CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR certification (a plus)
