Your Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and build rapport to understand their vehicle needs

• Guide clients through a consultative sales process to help them find the right vehicle

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

• Engage in prospecting activities through referrals, networking, and dealership leads

• Stay informed about current inventory, market trends, and promotions

• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to achieve dealership goals

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
