Our sprinkler service division is currently seeking a service administrator.

Primary Objectives of Position:

• Analyze and process information related to inspection, repair, and service workflows.
• Create service invoices and purchase order requests accurately and efficiently.
• Manage monthly invoicing for inspection repairs.
• Assist in developing detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, and subcontractor costs on service invoices.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team with overdue collections by providing invoice revisions and requested documentation.
• Submit invoices to customers directly or via invoicing portals as required.
• Revise invoices upon Service Manager approval; ensure weekly revision chart is completed
• Export invoices from ServiceTrade and import into Spectrum to maintain accurate Accounts Receivable reporting.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to a large and diverse client base.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Participate in cross-training across other administrative functions within the Service Department.

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required: Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in administration
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient skill with MS Office software
• Excellent phone skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
