Comprehensive Compensation and benefits

• $525K to $575 total compensation
• $25K starting bonus and $225K retention bonus after one year
• $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly

• Malpractice/liability insurance including tail coverage
• 403B and 457 B retirement options, HSA option
• Reimbursement for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate, and renewals
• $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis - $20K if your referral is another Anesthesiologist
