Highland Home Services is a small but fast-growing local home repair and maintenance company, and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on technicians to join our team ASAP! If you like variety, independence, and the satisfaction of solving real problems every day, this is the job for you.
About the RoleAs a Full-Time W2 Home Repair Technician, you’ll tackle a wide range of projects that keep homes safe, functional, and looking great. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly how we like it. On any given day, you might be:
- Completing punch list repairs for homeowners
- Coordinating/completing rental turnovers
- Handling move-in/move-out inspections
- Supervising laborers
- Patching drywall and plaster
- Fixing appliances
- Changing locks
- Landscaping
- Repairing decks and fences
- Maintaining vacant properties
- Performing cleanouts/haul-outs
Basically if someone can break it, We Go Fix It
If you’re a skilled tradesperson or a rockstar maintenance tech with a great attitude and a strong skillset we want to talk to you today!
A great work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude will take you further than specialized experience. At a minimum, you'll need a strong understanding of home repairs and experience with typical hand/power tools. Pay & Perks
- $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
- Full-Time W2 Position
- Company Phone (iPhone 16/17)

- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Clean background check
- Positive attitude & solid people skills
- Ability to work a full schedule M-F
