Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessments, monitoring, and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for adverse effects.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor resident safety, prevent falls, and ensure adherence to infection control and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; document changes and care considerations promptly.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
- Ability to work a night shift with a 5x8 schedule.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment and follow facility policies and procedures.
