Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tarentum, PA
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at $18.00/hr
About the Role:
You’ll be the front line of support for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers — coordinating services, verifying insurance, entering orders, solving problems, and guiding customers with empathy and professionalism.

- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus!)
- 1–4 years of customer service experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with electronic systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Experience:
• Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare, medical office, or insurance coordination (preferred).
• Education: High School diploma or Technical Degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and data entry systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A compassionate, customer-focused mindset and a commitment to accuracy and detail.
