Field Marketing Strategist
Position Summary
Feeser’s is seeking a Field Marketing Strategist who thrives in fast‑moving environments, loves building memorable customer experiences, and knows how to turn events, activations, and sponsorships into real business impact. This hybrid role blends field marketing, vendor program coordination, event execution, and content creation — all designed to support sales growth and deepen customer engagement across the Mid‑Atlantic.
You’ll be the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and our vendor partners, ensuring every event, activation, and sponsorship delivers value and elevates the Feeser’s brand.
What You’ll Do
You’ll plan, execute, and optimize the field marketing initiatives that bring Feeser’s to life in front of customers, partners, and the broader community.
Lead planning and execution of the annual Feeser’s Expo, including promotions, giveaways, seminars, registration, signage, and event experience.
Coordinate the Expo reception — venue, food & beverage, activities, guest management, and on‑site logistics.
Maintain the marketing event calendar and ensure deadlines, materials, and logistics are met.
Organize, track, and manage event assets (swag, signage, backdrops, displays) and oversee inventory and restocking.
Plan and coordinate monthly Sales Meetings with the Director of Sales, including print collateral and internal recap content.
Support vendor‑related events and marketing activations in partnership with Purchasing.
Manage sponsorship relationships, track fulfillment, and identify renewal and growth opportunities.
Research and recommend high‑impact regional events, sponsorships, activations, and trade opportunities across core market segments.
Participate in regional conferences and trade events — booth setup, customer engagement, and on‑site coordination.
Capture and develop event content for social media (photos, video, stories, reels, UGC).
Collaborate with Marketing to identify real‑time content opportunities that extend event impact.
Engage attendees to generate and qualify leads; establish tracking processes for sales follow‑up.
Track and report on event, sponsorship, and activation performance.
Source, order, and manage promotional items, apparel, and event materials.
Track promotional initiatives and develop new ideas, including tiered programs.

You’ll also support key marketing publications and vendor‑driven initiatives:
Source and place vendor products for seasonal marketing publications.
Assist with proofreading and distribution coordination with Sales.
Manage the quarterly MIXER magazine — vendor ad outreach and digital distribution.
Produce the monthly Rebates & Offers digital magazine — content organization and distribution.
Manage vendor rebate programs in CRM — setup, tracking, documentation, and coordination with partners (including UniPro).
Communicate rebate opportunities to Sales and maintain accurate rebate and coupon documentation.
Who You Are
You’re a proactive, detail‑driven marketer who loves being hands‑on, thrives in live event environments, and knows how to turn moving pieces into polished experiences.

2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or marketing coordination.
Proven experience planning and managing events, activations, trade shows, or marketing programs.
The ability to collaborate across Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and vendor partners.
A solutions‑oriented approach and comfort managing many moving parts.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
The ability to identify opportunities and recommend initiatives that support business objectives.
Comfort capturing content in live environments — short‑form video, photography, UGC.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, emerging formats).
What You’ll Need
Required
2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
Experience planning and managing events and customer engagement programs.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfort with social media content creation and live event capture.
Ability to travel regularly within Pennsylvania and occasionally within the Mid‑Atlantic.
Preferred
Experience managing events with 300+ attendees.
Experience with lead tracking, CRM systems, or sales enablement initiatives.
