Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is designed for professionals holding CCC credentials seeking a contract position in a middle school setting. The role focuses on supporting an 8th-grade caseload of up to 2526 students aged 21 years, providing onsite speech and language services to help students achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology and Communication Disorders
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
Contract Details:
- Location: Johnstown, PA (onsite)
- Duration: February 1, 2026 May 29, 2026
