Job Description Summary: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for 7p-7a shift at Marion General Hospital. Option to work a shift at telehealth support center. Responsibilities and Duties: Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice. Practice within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges. Obtain and perform medical history and physical exams. Record and interpret data (labs, diagnostic studies, progress notes, etc.). Formulate and implement treatment plans. Maintain communication with patients and families regarding medical care. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds where needed. Perform other related job duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree (Required). APRN - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License - State of Ohio Board of Nursing. NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. PA - Physician Assistant - National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
