Business Intelligence Sr Analyst
Please note that this role willsit in either Atlanta, NYC, Radnor, or Dallas and will NOT be remote
About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting advanced research, data mining, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics.
This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
What You'll Do:

Generate and review reports using aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.

Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to escalated requests from management and vendors.

Understand and work with advanced scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions.

Identify opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company.

Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.

Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.

Act as subject matter expert for key systems and processes and day-to-day functions.

Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the this position is $126,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $136.500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
