ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves marketing, food and growing sales via traditional and digital marketing.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of honeygrow’s marketing strategy and the day to day marketing needs of our restaurants to help drive traffic and build brand loyalty across all honeygrow locations. The Marketing Manager reports to the SVP of Marketing and directly manages a team of field marketers.

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as an integral part of the marketing team in identifying marketing strategies for social media, design, new market entry, repeat business, loyalty program, technology engagement, etc.
- Drive new guests to the brand and raise existing customer engagement through media, events, promotions, technology, etc.
- Measure SEO, Google analytics and implement new systems and strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the field leadership, agencies and community partners.
- Fluid in working with email, CRM, loyalty, fundraising program toolsets.
- Manage day-to-day campaign, project operations and management.
- Champion internal communication of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment across restaurant teams, field leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
- Develop the marketing strategy and manage the entry of honeygrow into new markets.
- Oversee the planning and execution of new restaurant openings, including:
- Generating pre-opening buzz and local awareness.
- Influencer partnerships and media outreach.
- Grand opening events and promotions.
- Lead and oversee field marketing efforts, including:
- Training, mentoring, and developing field marketing team members.
- Guiding field marketers in developing and executing local store marketing plans
- Building community engagement through partnerships, events, grassroots marketing, fundraisers, and sponsorships.
- Ensuring consistent brand execution and standards across all locations.’
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the marketing team and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a multi-unit, restaurant, retail or other consumer-facing environment
- Prior experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- 20% travel required for campaign shoots, new restaurant openings, etc.
