Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time position of Residence Life Coordinator within the Office of Residence Life to begin Summer 2026. The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) oversees administrative, supervisory, programmatic, community development, and counseling responsibilities within a residential community housing between 275 and 450 students. An RLC reports to the Director of Residence Life and is ultimately responsible to the Vice President for Innovative Partnerships & Student Development. Secondary responsibilities are in the areas of summer conference housing and/or the summer residence hall housing and office administration. This is a twelve-month, live-in appointment.
Preferred candidates will possess a master’s degree in higher education/student development related field, or minimum of three years of equivalent residence life experience. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
