WHAT YOU GET:

• Solo Drivers: $0.62–$0.70 CPM based on verified OTR experience
• Add +$.04 CPM Safety & Service Bonus (paid from Day 1 if accident/ticket-free)
• Total Pay Range: $0.66–$0.74 CPM
• Teams: Up to $0.79 CPM + bonuses
• Average 2,500–3,200 miles per week (solo)
• Annual Income: $70K–$105K+ (top earners made $90K+ last year)
• Paid weekly (Fridays) | Cash advances available | Sign-on bonus offered
• Paid extras: detention, layovers, multi-stop ($25–$50/stop)

Pay According to your Current Experience:

• 1 year: $0.62 CPM+$0.04 CPM Safety/Service Bonus = . 66 CPM
• 2 years: $0.64 CPM+$0.04 CPM Safety/Service Bonus = . 68 CPM
• 3 years: $0.66 CPM+$0.04 CPM Safety/Service Bonus = . 70 CPM
• 4 years: $0.68 CPM+$0.04 CPM Safety/Service Bonus = . 72 CPM
• 5+ years: $0.70 CPM+$0.04 CPM Safety/Service Bonus = . 74 CPM

Equipment & Operations

• Modern Freightliner Cascadias (2022–2026) – automatics & manuals available
• Equipped with APU, inverter, mattress; space for fridge/microwave
• Well-maintained equipment for reliable OTR driving
• OTR only – all 48 states, no dedicated routes
• Out 2–3 weeks at a time , then home 3–4 days
• Day & night driving required

Requirements

• Class A CDL, valid medical card
• 12+ months OTR experience
• Age 23 or older
• No Major Violations in the last 3 years
