Talent development principal consultant architect
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to join our team to be part of an exciting opportunity. We are Engagement Management Talent Development, a team dedicated to onboarding new Engagement Management roles including Integration Architects (IA), providing role-specific education and education to the broader Engagement Management community, and providing experience and support through knowledge leadership to internal business initiatives that further innovation in Health Consulting.
This position will be an internal talent development partner to Integration Architect leaders and staff deploying Oracle Health products across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. We are committed to supporting Federal Health Consulting workforce readiness through training, development, and enablement as a best-in-class partner by providing services as knowledge leaders, community leaders, and training and development partners.
The responsibilities include working with IA management and staff - our customer - to identify IA population training and performance needs; collaborate and propose solutions to address; create content and maintain it by working with Subject Matter Experts as needed; deliver virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning, such as onboarding; organize and facilitate community activities and events; collaborate with the Methodology team and Health PMO to maintain project and knowledge repositories; and support project management matrixed partners within Health Consulting, Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I), and broader Oracle to champion organizational imperatives.
Responsibilities
This role will provide subject matter expertise as an Integration Architect to effectively train, coach, and equip other Integration Architects by:

Collaborating with Health Engagement Management leadership teams, Health Project Methodology team, and related organizations and business units to remain current with new project management, product, and technical practices and standards

Maintaining course content for multiple delivery modes: virtual instructor-led and self-paced

Delivering instructor-led courses and Community events to educate employees
-
Collecting and reviewing post training or event feedback and applying changes to continually improve employee training

Leading instructional design planning and development to support Engagement Management Talent Development initiatives

Leveraging various tools to plan and development self-paced learning collateral
-
Monitoring and/or managing issues logged via Problem Management process as needed

Operating independently to provide quality knowledge sharing regarding products, industry best practices, and their impacts to a project engagement

Performing varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to provide continuous education surrounding, but not limited to Oracle products and technology and industry best practices

Applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
-
Acting as a project leader on internal projects as needed

Effectively consulting with management of customer organizations

Participating in business development activities

Developing and configuring detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
Basic Qualifications:
5-7 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to role focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and other internal stakeholders.-
At least 7 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including

At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties

At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
