Position Summary: As a Sr Residential Sales Project Manager, you will focus on selling large package agreements to new home builders and homebuilder companies. Your role will involve building out large scale projects, managing the entire sales cycle, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the residential construction industry.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in home building companies.

• Sell large HVAC package agreements.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including billing process.

• Collaborate with internal teams for successful service implementation.

• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage client relations.

• Design services for pre-construction and construction documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Related Work Experience

• Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
